Not the cheapest bid I got but their people were by far the most knowledgeable. I initially was looking for Marmoleum, which is an uncommon product that requires considerable expertise to install. This was the only outfit that I would have trusted. I elected to go with commercial sheet vinyl instead and am very pleased with the results. Both the estimator and installer(s) were excellent as was my contact for the sales/scheduling part of the job.

I highly recommend Floor Dimension for wood or linoleum flooring sales and installation. As an architect, a do-it-yourselfer, and a general customer, I've known Jason and the other great counter salespersons at Floor Dimensions for many years. They're very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
When I installed linoleum in two bathrooms, they ordered and sold me materials, patiently gave installation instructions, and even let me borrow a pneumatic staple gun!
They installed a laminate wood floor in our sunroom and carefully installed linoleum in our kitchen, which required careful attention because of its complicated configuration. Jason was generous and patient allowing us to take many linoleum samples home to make a confident decision. The installers were great.
As an architect I've recommended Floor Dimensions to two contractors, and they too have nothing but good things to say about their staff and services.

From start to finish the experience and professionalism was demonstrated. My wife and I were just browsing stores and looking for the right product and floor ideas. Customers like ourselves with no flooring experience, the company explained the process with patience and care. Tracy was so helpful and thoughtful with our needs. My wife and I had used Floor Dimensions 30 years ago to re-carpet our home and they did an excellent job. Two years ago we explored the idea and cost of replacing that now-old carpet with laminate flooring. We were assisted by Jason Puerto, who came to our home to take measurements and provide us with an estimate based on the laminate flooring we had selected. It was a reasonable cost for the size of our home, but during the pandemic we decided to postpone our purchase.
During the past month of December 2023, we decided to move forward with our deferred home improvement plans. We contacted Jason, who remembered us and still had our original floor plan and estimate on file. We were uncertain that we still liked the original laminate flooring we had chosen, but Jason came through by picking the perfect type, pattern, and color laminate flooring for us considering the color and type of furniture we had.
The installers (Pedro, Pedro, Parm, Lap, & Brian) took two weeks to remove the carpeting, level the wooden subfloors with leveling concrete, and install the floor planks, baseboards, and transition pieces. It took a little longer and cost a bit more than the estimate due to the necessity to level every room of the house due to uneven ground settling under the house. The installers were seasoned professional craftsmen who did their work efficiently and perfectly. They arrived punctually each morning and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.
The final product and appearance of the Medieval SPC flooring in our home is very bright, modern, and beautiful. It makes our 45-year old home look and feel like a new, model home. It motivated us to have the entire interior of our home repainted by Paintmasters in Concord to complement the modern flooring. We are totally satisfied with Floor Dimensions (again after 30 years!), and unequivocally recommend them for all your flooring needs. Give Jason Puerto a call. You can trust him to do right by you.

Floor Dimensions has installed vinyl flooring and carpeting for us many times over many years. They just completed the most challenging job yet--remove old kitchen flooring and install hardwood flooring. The job they did is incredible! Their installers could not have been more professional, efficient and friendly. When they finished the job, the floor looked great (of course), but equally impressive is how thoroughly they cleaned up, vacuuming and wiping all surfaces and floors to remove the inevitable sawdust. I cannot recommend Floor Dimensions more highly.
I should also mention how helpful our sales person was. Jason patiently explained all of the hardwood options, and answered all of our questions. And once we signed the contract, Jason stayed involved right through completion of the job.

Excellent communication from the front office, great workmanship from both wood flooring installers, and carpet installers. Everything went exactly according to schedule. The only problem we faced was over ordering on a LOT of wood that we ended up not needing, and being stuck with all this extra wood that we can’t return. It would be great if floor dimensions had a better relationship with all of their vendors to allow returning unwanted unused, sealed boxes of new flooring materials. I’m disappointed that now I have to deal with this myself or have to live with wasting $500 on unneeded supplies. It’s just wasteful.

We have just had great service from Jason at Floor Dimensions, which was wonderful because we had some real problems. We chose a carpet from FD, and the installation was done very professionally. They let us know what was happening every step of the way, and the installers were very clean, helpful and polite. They worked really hard and stayed late to finish the work a day early. But within a week after it was installed it became apparent I was having a reaction to the carpet or pad, as I had difficulty breathing. We really didn’t know what to do, as I could not sleep in our bedroom, nor work in my office. It was in November, and we kept the windows open and purchased an air purifier. But it did not dissipate over the holidays, so we sent an email to Floor Dimensions telling them what had happened. They worked with us to get the carpet replaced. At first we thought we would just replace it with all wool carpet, but then decided that it would be better if we went ahead and put solid hardwood in the bedroom and office and wool carpet on the stairs. Again, the FD installers were outstanding, and we are very happy with our new floors. I have no hesitation with recommending Floor Dimension, and Jason, to anyone who needs flooring.
Update 2023: Just had another carpeted floor replaced with hardwood. Jason helped us work on this with great patience. Everything went very smoothly, the new floor looks lovely and we are very thankful for their skilled craftsmen.
